Need 337 for electrical system in J-3

Sorry to bring this back up, but! I have not found anyone who has offered an FAA approved 337 field approval for the battery in the J-3. Here's what I need. A copy of a 337 showing a battery installation to supply power to a Sky-Tec starter in a J-3C-65. I've seen the others but they are for different starters or on different airplanes. The "Cub Club" has not been able to provide the necessary 337 even though they list it for sale in their newsletter. The starter is STC'd for the engine and the Sky-Tec starter switch is STC'd for the J-3. What I am trying to do is find a FAA 337 for the BATTERY installation that powers a SKY-Tec
starter without charging system. Must have a sign off in BOX 3 of the 337 form.
