Looking to get in touch with Bob Hunt about his restoration of Miss DairyLea. My father, Harold Allen, was one of the two pilots on the endurance flight. I'd like to be able to see the plane some day. Also, I may have photos or other information that Mr. Hunt might be interested in. I just ran across his post from 2009, indicating that he hoped to have it ready by Oshkosh 2010.

The first photo shows my father next to the Miss DairyLea before the flight. Note that the sliding windshield, used to access the engine during flight for adding oil and changing spark plugs, is in the up position. Also note the belly tank.

The in-flight photo shows the sliding windshield in the (almost) down position.
