Metal Prop - bolts - torque A65 Cont

Need some help on determining the propeller bolts for a Mccauley Aluminum prop. It's on a 46 J3 w/ Cont A65 with flange shaft. Prop is CM7443

And, what is the Torque value on them? If they check out OK, I may re-use them.

It is down for annual and not clear on whether it needs 'professional' inspection or not. No log entries of ever having it off and to a prop shop. ??
