I went for a flight yesterday in my L-4 with 18 mph winds gusting up to 26 mph. It was blowing right down the runway so the flight and landing were great, just pretty difficult to x-wind taxi without constantly lifting a tire even with the stick buried.
My landing and roll out ended up being a fraction of the time it took me to clear the active and the main taxi way.
What's a good maximum demonstrated crosswind for a J-3 ?
