Low Point Fuel Drain AD...

Cubbers,

Is any of you (John), aware of an AD that came out about 1985 regarding water contamination through the header tank fuel cap, which resulted in an AD for a low point fuel drain and accompanying placard? I don't have access to an AD list right now, so I'm polling the masses. Was this low point drain under the tank in the cockpit?
