Looking for vacuum pump block off plate for c-85-12

Hello everyone. I am in the process of removing an ex-cell-o fuel injection system installed on my C-85-12 to go back to a carb. I can't seem to find the right cover plate to block off the vacuum pump drive on the underside of the engine where the fuel pump is currently mounted. I can only find 640380 the smaller cover plate used to cover the vacuum pump adapter, that I don't have. Does anyone have the correct cover plate I need? The one with the profile of the vacuum pump adapter itself. It's roughly 3-3/4" square.
