Am I correct in surmising that on a VFR-only, non-electric, NORDO aircraft, not being used for commercial purposes, that the only record that legally must be retained by the aircraft's owner is the [less than 12-month old] statement of an A&P - AI that the aircraft is airworthy [and said statement would by definition include the fact that all AD's had been complied with], along with records of any maintenance or repair subsequent to said annual approval that might have occurred.
