A unique supply drop mechanism improvised on an L-4. Says location unknown. The A5 222 emblem on the vertical fin and a shoulder patch signify the US 5th Army, I'm guessing somewhere along the Gothic Line in the Northern Apennines. Note the victory score on the German gun barrel at 4:39.
