Check out the L-4J photo from the March 1973 issue of Air Classics. The edge camo on the upper wing appears to be much larger and deeper swatches than I've seen, which makes sense for a big wing. The very forward markings are unusual also. A couple of other photo's also. The poor guy climbing out of a tree.
