J3: Have plane, need instruction (NJ)

My J3 partner needs his tail wheel endorsement and 10 hours of duel. We have the plane, just need an instructor. We can relocate the plane for a short period to accomplish this (within a reasonable distance). Currently in Southern New Jersey. Delaware, PA, MD would all possibly work.
