J3 fuselage jig

All,

my poor little J3 frame is in need of repairs and needs a jig. Can anyone point me in the right direction to a reputable airframe welder with a jig who is willing to do quality work, at a reasonable price and actually return your airframe in cover ready form, within a reasonable time period. (if I sound bitter its from a recent bad experience, very recent).
