Don’t want to hog the forums but I appreciate all the knowledge and wisdom here. Mounted the engine and started on the cowling. will use the glass noses and will fab the rest (exposed cylinders). I’ve got a badly beat up top cowl for a pattern. I threaded it on the mounting studs but wonder about the two receivers just ahead of and directly aft of where the stack enters the cowl. I can’t find a stud anywhere and don’t see a logical place to mount one. Are those studs fabricated into the bottom cowling? At this point that’s the only conclusion I can draw? Any guidance here?

Thank you,
Sarpy Sam
