I am looking at 40 acres that I may make an offer on in Central Texas. North to South orientation is about 1800 feet. There are no obstructions on either end with exception of a 5 foot fence. It gradually slopes from 1020 ft. down to 993 ft. which is a 27 ft. drop from the north end down to the south end. Does anyone have any thoughts as to whether this would be a problem flying in and out in a Cub. It is not highly wooded so trees are not a problem. Prevailing winds are out of the south.

I have been looking a long time and this place has everything I am looking for with exception of a perfectly flat area.
