I had this J3 on skis in Alaska in the late 70s. I am re learning a lot. Jennifer took these photos today at the Bass Ranch 20 miles North of Yakima. The light was flat necessitating a glassy water landing. Even to taxi I had to open the door and stick my head out to see the edge of the packed runway. The horses seemed to be ok with it.
