Fuselage gear attach fitting ??

Spent the day taking the fuselage apart down to the bare bone fuselage. Surprise Surprise, found some repairs, LOL. The logbooks go back to it's first flight. One month after it's first flight, there's an entry "replaced right spar, and repaired right wing. etc etc. Didn't take long. Anyway, I've posted some pics of the gear attach fitting, Someone, along the way has made a repair , looks like a doubler has been welded on. No idea how long it's been flying like this. Maybe since 1946. What do you think? The welding looks better then the pics depict.
