I ordered a 5 gal. + fuel bag from Alaska Airframes. I borrowed one at Oshkosh/New Holstein this summer and it was great for those slightly out of range fly outs. Last Sunday I had to cut an outing short over fuel concerns. We were landing at off airport mountain side fields and after two new fields I had to head home so I wouldn't have fuel concerns. Here in south central WV fuel availability is scarse when flying with a 12 gal. tank.
