Fellow Cub Pilot,
I got a little homesick over here in the desert and popped into the website for a diversion. I saw the Flying Farmer DVD advertised and immediately dispatched an email to my wife to procure one and get it over here ASAP. In typical fashion, she humored me and bought one on Ebay. I told her to let my sons view it before sending it to me, cuz' as junior Cub pilots themselves, they would never forgive me if I made them wait 4 months to see it. In any case, my wife emailed the producer/seller (Fred Schultz) and mentioned where it was going. He emailed back and said 2 copies were in the mail, one for the boys and one for me.
Not only is Mr. Scultz a patriot, but the boys are excited to get mail specifically for themselves. The cameraderie of Cub folks never ceases to amaze me.
Having a grand time over here, it's just like camping in the Sierras...sort of. Flew my personal record...34 hours in 3 days.
