It looks like API fixed their old problems with slow response and shipping.
Friday: Contacted API via their website
Saturday: Got a clarifying email from Karen on how I wanted to be billed
Wednesday: New tailwheel showed up on my doorstep.

The assembly looks great and I can't wait to try it out. It's an API 6131 dual fork, with the 1 1/4" insert for my flat spring size.
