Eyebrow support bracket broken

One of our eyebrow support brackets has broken. I've seen many variants of the eyebrow support brackets (the ears that are held in place by the top valve cover screw), but I don't think I've seen any exactly like ours. I'm assuming ours are not standard (if there is a standard). They attach to the eyebrow with two bolts. It looks like there is a doubler on the inside of the eyebrow.

So, do these look like anything that is available anywhere? If not, I'll just get a new bracket fabricated to match.
