So as I continue to look through the classifieds I'm considering this airplane in NC. I'd appreciate whatever feedback y'all have to offer, things to look at, things to keep in mind about the purchase.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. If I go to look at it and it looks good I'll return with my A&P for a more thorough pre-buy.
