Hey All,
I just stumbled onto a really interesting video of what appears to be a prototype Everel single blade prop being demonstrated on an E-2 Cub. It clearly shows the trunion suspension that allowed for some pitch change. Fascinating! Here's the link:

The Everel was patented and they licensed the design to the Aeromatic Company who manufactered the Aeromatic series of variable pitch props.
