I posted the same question about this some time ago - J3C65 - trim worked fine on the ground but in the air- had to slow to 50 to 55 mph before the trim would work -- I believe it was Patrick that advised to use a small strip of friction tape in the groove of the front pulley -- I did and it has worked ever since at any speed - -
