A fellow Cub pilot is asking about oil dip sticks over on Super Cub dot Org. He has restricted his post to members, and since I haven't gotten around to making donations, I cannot help him. But I did make a die to make new steel ears, and found it a trivial project. Now if I could just find the die.

The dipstick had to come off of an early small farm tractor - but I have been unable to Google search it. We should be looking for a source for this old and corroded part. Continental will probably supply one PMA'd for about $500.
