Even though these were pretty well known to be worthless for securing an airplane, they were required equipment and had to be signed for when an airplane was transferred. This one appears to be minty and complete.

If you're lucky enough to get it, don't zip it up. Leave the kit unzipped to display it, the fabric tapes around the zippers are weak and will eventually tear if you keep using it.
