these two photos say it all, except for the Nu-Way seat grinders. Note the steel bar - the wood is just glued on to make assembly easy.
The aluminum pusher has a nipple - I forgot to pull it out. the nipple is a loose fit in the rocker pin hole.

The other photo shows my valve assembly equipment. The wood thing goes inside the cylinder, the steel tube with whistle slot goes between the valve and the drill press chuck. It really helps to have a locking quill on the drill press - press, lock, and then fish out (put in place) those pesky little keepers.
