Just a little update. I posted a couple of moths ago asking what was best tool to use to cut out and drill holes in my plexiglass windows. I experimented with several different tools and the best tool by far was a dremel tool with a 1 1/2" reinforced cut off wheel. It worked like a charm and was great for trimming the curved glass of the front window. Try using a band saw to do that! I cut all the windows and other than the dust it worked great. It also sanded as it cut so that was a plus.

I would also strongly recommend the unibit for drilling the screw holes. I tried an acrylic bit and a plastic bit but the uni-step-bit was by far the best. You could drill a hole right up to the edge of the glass and never have a problem. You could not cause a crack if you tried. The plastic and acrylic bits would bite and crack if you weren't careful.

Hopefully this info will save someone a headache down the road.
