Not sure if this is the right subforum, but I wanted to let members know that John Reed (Cub420) passed. John was a good man and a helluva pilot. He taught me to fly my Cub and paid me one of the best compliments of my life when after "formation" flying together, we landed and he told me to jump in his Cub and take it around the patch. His '39 was a Sentimental Journey Grand Champion at the time. Rest In Peace my friend and prayers to your family.

John's Cub has the wheel pants. This picture is John's Cub, my Cub and Pat Monahan's (RIP) Cub in Laurel, DE around 1996.
