Will...I thought this might be a fun topic especially during the winter and times between busy periods. We've all had memorable times flying Cubs....in the short number of years I've had as caretaker of mine, I've had many.... I'd like to start by sharing my most recent, and probably one that will last until my last flight:

This January first, my 13-yr old son Andy and I took a moment to share an "even" 0.9 hour flying around our typical SW PA "patch" that culminated in my 500th hour flight time (ok, I'm sentimental...). My son did most of the flying while I was flooded with previous hours shared with him and others....After a challenging x-wind landing (aren't they all...) and putting "our" Cub back in her hanger, we smiled and drove away and watched the quickly building clouds and winds develop....the rest of the day was a Cub-flying bust, be we had a great time while it lasted.

I'll enjoy hearing about one of your memorable times...Mike P.
