The Reynolda House is where Tobacco barron RJ Reynolds lived in my home town Winston-Salem NC. There was a strip in front of the house were airplanes used to land a long time ago.
Here is the Story:
On Wednesday afternoon, a pair of vintage airplanes taxied across the lawn of Reynolda House to take part in the opening of the Museum's "Wings of Adventure" exhibit on Saturday. The planes were piloted by Howard Miller and Jeff Michael.
For more information on this story and other news,
pick up a copy of tomorrow's Winston-Salem Journal.
They will be opening a new "Wings of Adventure" exhibition at the Reynolda house, here is a link to that.
