I recently purchased a 99% complete project. Do to setting, the grease in the tach 90 degree fitting was dry causing the tach drive cable to snap. The current tach is clockwise and the 90 degree has been cleaned, lubed and is working. Since the 90 degree fitting is not reversing, will this work for the C85-12 engine or will it be backward for my setup?

I don't have room for the 90 and reversing gear....what is the correct setup? Would it just be easier to have the tach reversed? CCW?

Thanks, Kevin
