Hi
About ready to put my C85-12 together I will be using a Skytec starter. I used this same setup on my wife's 39 Cub with the C85 Question is I had to cut the the shaft off the piviot pinion in order to install the starter. with the new engine disassembled can the entire piviot pin assembly be eliminated ?

While I on here, any comments or pros & cons on Factory new Continental cylinders Vs. new Milleniums?

Thanks JR
