C-85 questions.

Alright Everyone forgive my ignorance, but a brief internet search didn't answer my question. What are the general differences between a Continental A-65 and C-85. Or possibly asked another way, how similar are they?

Also are there any operational differences between the two, other than different static and cruise RPMs?
