Been awhile since posting.
The L-4 I maintain here is showing some engine stuff that has us concerned.

Previous OH was in 99 and 230 hrs ago. Converted from -8 to -12 140 hrs ago. O200 Crank and Rods. We have had it for about 155 hrs.
I removed 2 Cylinders to change Push Rod Tube Seals and found Cylinders OS at the top of the bore, beyond limits. 1 has shot peen appearance on some of the bore around where scraper ring sits. 2 pistons have the oil scraper upper land broke for 1/2-3/4" at the gap from improper cyl install. Comp rings are flat with 100% contact (Dunno if thats how they are supposed to be). Pistons Undersize at the top of the Skirt. Good deal of Surface Rust on a variety of parts. Cam and Crank seem OK from looking in Cyl 2 and 4 holes but Followers, Rods and Push Rods have surface Rust on them.
IS this normal? (Rust)
Should the Compression Rings be flat?

Who does Top Quality Repairs and OHs of the C-85? Repair Station?

Thx
Rich
