Brake back plate clocking.Stem orientation.

I am installing the brake assemblies and not sure where the expander stem should end up.Searched for pictures but most are hard to see or have been converted to disc . I did not get the bleed fittings with the project which makes it difficult to determine the correct position of the stem.
