Was taxiing out today and noticed the airplane would simply not turn right unless I hit the brake. Occasionally it would do the same to the left but only 10% of the time. Was about 90% on the right. This happened when I first got the airplane (not as severe) and I cleaned and greased it and it was ok until now. I regreased it but same result. Is this the end of the tailwheel assembly or something else going on? Had to park it. Im thinking this is what caused me to almost go off the runway yesterday........

the odd thing is when I push the rudder with my hand, standing outside, the T/W turns....
