Any issues stripping holes in rib when attaching antenna to wing root?

For those that have mounted an antenna in the upper wing root for a number of years, has there been any issues with the screws loosening or wallering out the holes in the root wing rib? I imagine the antenna puts some more stress on the fairing attachment. Many people seem to have this setup and I haven't read about any issues, but I thought I'd ask before doing this. Is there a better way to attach the upper wing root fairing besides the wing rib where the antenna attaches?

Thanks!
