I have changed these in the past - stroll over to the FSDO and ten minutes lster I have a new N-number on a replacement certificate.
Ed tried that - it is now all on-line, and probably just as difficult as IACRA.
His question - is it legal to fly with the old one, if the N-number has been changed?
