Aileron cable turnbuckles

Can someone provide me with the part numbers of the aileron cable attachment turnbuckle assemblies used to connect to the upper and lower aileron attachment points on a 1943 J3?

I have the "special" piper forks from Univair p/n U461-132 but I don't have the rest of the assemblies needed when fabricating aileron cables.
